The Emerging Artists Program falls under the umbrella of the Young Organists Initiative (YOI) of the Boston chapter. It serves young organists between the ages of 18-30, and participants must be members of the Guild. Between 15-20 organists have attended events since inception of this program, and the group continues to grow!

Throughout the year programming in Greater Boston is provided to support, encourage, and uplift organists at the start of their careers. Events include masterclasses, visits to various instruments in the area, workshops on professional development topics, and social activities that foster a collegial network of support.
